By Milly Saber

It’s time for another teacher interview! On Wednesday 29th January, I interviewed Ms. Heer, the Head of Biology at our school. Read on to find out which song would get Ms. Heer on the dance floor, or who her celebrity crush as a teenager apparently was…

  1. Introduce yourself to me briefly.

“Hi, I’m Ms. Heer, and I’m Head of Biology”

    1. What’s your earliest memory?

“My earliest memory is playing in the park with my siblings”

      1. What song gets you on the dance floor?

“‘Man I Feel Like a Woman’ by Shania Twain”

        1. Which fictional character do you identify most with and why?

“I probably identify most with Catwoman because I like to get a lot done without people noticing”

          1. What are your hobbies?

“I play a lot of football and I enjoy hikes”

            1. Which actor would you want to play you in a film about your life?

              “Zendaya”.

              1. If you were an animal, which one would you be?

“I’d love to be a giraffe so I could see everything”.

                1. What’s your most treasured possession?

“An old Olympus camera that my granddad gave me”

                  1. What makes you laugh most?

“A good joke or a comedy film”

                    1. As a teenager, who was your celebrity crush?

                      “ ‘Taylor Lautner’ ”.

However, at the end of the interview, I found out that the ‘celebrity crush’ was not what the answer suggested! It was, in fact, a footballer…but the real question we all want to know the answer to is: who? And here’s a hint for you: Ms Heer’s ‘all-time favourite player’ retired from professional football in December 2014 and used to play for Arsenal; there may be a small chance that this ‘all-time favourite player’ and ‘celebrity crush’ could be the same person…
